• Kindness towards others makes us empathetic, but being kind to yourself makes you resilient.

• Never feel bad for being good. Goodness should have no limits!

1. Appreciation and Mutual Coordination

Creating a healthy and effective workplace requires appreciation and mutual coordination. Employees who feel valued for their hard work are more motivated and productive. Appreciation can take different forms, such as recognition in staff meetings, bonuses, and incentives. This fosters a positive work culture and strengthens the bond between team members.

Mutual coordination is also crucial. It involves teamwork, sharing ideas, effective communication, and collaboration to achieve results. When team members coordinate, they avoid misunderstandings, reduce errors, and complete tasks efficiently. This promotes unity and teamwork, leading to better outcomes.

In conclusion, appreciation and mutual coordination are essential to creating a healthy workplace. Employers and managers should prioritize recognizing and appreciating their employees' hard work and fostering mutual coordination among team members. This creates a positive work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and committed to achieving their goals.

"There will be many situations in our life that affect our peace of mind. Some people intentionally or unintentionally hurt us through their actions. Some motivate us, and some demotivate us. We should not lose our mindfulness of whatever they do to us or their actions. We should be aware, be in the present moment, and do whatever needs to be done. We are the ones who are answerable to ourselves; we are the ones who should be happy with our proper actions first. Carrying the burden of demotivation, derogation, etc., won't help us grow; instead, they push us backwards. So, we should not worry about what others think about us; instead, we must focus on doing what is needed!"

"We always love to have those people who shower love and care on us. We would like to share everything with such people, whether our parents, friends, partners, or kids. They will accept us however we are. We accept them however they are. We mutually help each other to learn from our mistakes, mistakes that won't harm one or many. Such dear people are a boon to us; such lovable people are a great resource. They never disappoint us; they never leave us alone in pain. They enrich us with positive thoughts and feelings, which motivate us to do our actions properly."

"Most of us lead a busy life. We plan short-term schedules to accomplish our targets but may sometimes fail or delay them for various reasons. Some are reasonable, and some are not. Some are necessary, and some are not. Though bound and limited, we do our best to achieve them. However, some people around us may affect our actions and plans. Sometimes we. But, some motivation pushes us to achieve our goals, and that is believing in ourselves. The motivation and inspiration are: believing in ourselves and believing in whatever we do. We should not get sad and worried even if we fail or delay our planned actions. Instead, we should believe in ourselves and move on."

"Be an island unto yourself!" is one of my favourite quotes that motivated and inspired me. Whether one believes in God or not, one must believe in themselves. One must consider themselves an island. One must strive to themselves in achieving whatever one aims, like the Buddha taught, "The Buddhas only point the way. One must strive themselves." We should apply our common sense and look into ourselves before believing blindly or accepting something."

"Sometimes in our workplace, people act fake, give a fake smile, and wish a fake "good morning". It is seen and understood. Though they act so, we have to be kind and empathetic towards them. They need kindness and compassion. They might face some personal issues and relieve the stress in various ways. They may shout or burst at us sometimes. We should understand their pain and support them morally. There will always be some reason behind everyone's behaviour. If we fail to understand the people's real intentions, we fail as real human beings!"

"We should celebrate each and every moment. Live your life happily and full-fledged. You shouldn't learn lessons from whatever mistakes you might have made. Let go of whatever burden you are carrying in your mind. It is very important to practice letting go. Our life experiences may differ, but how we look at them is important. Carrying a load in our minds, thinking about what has been done and what has to be done, brings pain and doubt in ourselves. So, never carry the burden of the past or future. Be in this moment and do what has to be done.

"Sometimes we feel bad about some situations and think about them repeatedly even after knowing nothing has changed. This tendency towards such situations makes being with those people more uncomfortable and awkward. But can we overlook this always? Can we be an escapist in all situations? What should we learn from such situations? We cannot avoid or escape from those people or situations. We should learn from previous experiences and move forward. We should practice mindfulness and letting go. We should improve our attitude towards such situations by developing Metta and loving-kindness. It is not easy to do or can be learnt in a single moment or a day, but through practice, we can over time!"

"Life teaches us many lessons; we come across various people where some stay with us, some encourage us, some motivate us, and some harm us. So, it is always important to emphasise the necessity of building a proper attitude and relationship with others."

"Sometimes, situations make us make harsh and critical decisions without thinking much. Most such decisions are taken in pain and sorrow. But, if you think before making such decisions and give yourself time to think about what is happening, everything will be different. We shouldn't regret what something has happened. Instead, we should take some time or a break and decide. Once something has happened, it's done; changing it to the previous state is not so easy. So be aware, be mindful whatever the situation is, whether it is hurtful or cheerful we should be calm and mindful."

నేటికి 5502 (September 05, 2023) బాహ్యసౌర గ్రహాలు కనుగొనబడ్డాయి. వీటిలో కొన్ని భూసంబంధమైనవి, కొన్ని అతికాయ భూగ్రహాలు, ఇంకొన్ని నెప్ట్యూన్ గ్రహం వంటివి, మరికొన్ని వాయుమహాకాయాలు. ఇలా సౌరాంతర గ్రహాలు ఎన్నో రకాలు. వివిధ టెలిస్కోపులు ఈ గ్రహాల అన్వేషణలో పాల్గొని ఇన్ని వేల గ్రహాలను కనుగొన్నాయి. వీటిని కనుగొనటానికి వివిధ పద్ధతులు ఉన్నాయి. అవి చుట్టూ తిరిగే నక్షత్రాలు కూడా వివిధ రకాలు ఉంటాయి. వీటిలో కొన్ని సూర్యుడి వంటివి అయితే మరికొన్ని సూర్యుని కన్నా చిన్నవి, చల్లనైనవి, మరికొన్ని పెద్దవి, వేడైనవి.  వాటి యొక్క నక్షత్రం చుట్టూ నీరు ద్రవరూపంలో ఉండగలిగే ప్రదేశాలలో (Habitable zone) ఉన్న గ్రహాలూ ఉన్నాయి. వీటిలో ఎన్నో గ్రహాలు భూమి వంటివి ఉన్నాయి,  వాటిపై జీవం ఉన్నదా, వాటి యొక్క వాతావరణం జీవనానికి యోగ్యమైనదా కాదా, ఎటువంటి వాయువులు వాటి వాతావరణంలో ఉన్నాయి అన్న పరుశీలన, పరిశోధన నిత్యం జరుగుతూనే ఉంది. ఇది అత్యంత ఆసక్తికర పరిశోధనా రంగాలలో ఒకటి అని చెప్పటంలో ఎటువంటి సమస్యే లేదు.

తన జీవితంలో తానే ఒక వీరుడని భావిస్తాడు..

అలాగే, విశ్వంలో ఎన్నో లక్షల కోట్ల చుక్కల్లో

ఒక్కో చుక్కది ఒక్కో గాథ!

ప్రతీ చుక్క యొక్క గాథ వాటి కేంద్రభాగాల్లో

హైడ్రోజన్ వాయువు యొక్క అణు విచ్చేదనతో మొదలవుతుంది,

ఈ స్థితికి రావటానికి ప్రతీ చుక్కకి ఎన్నో లక్షల కోట్ల సంవత్సరాలు పడుతుంది,

అణు విచ్చేదనతో మొదలై

ఒక తారగా మనకు పరిచయమవుతుంది!"

"మనిషి తన జీవితంలో ఒక ఉన్నతస్థితికి చేరడానికి ఎంతో కష్టపడతాడు,

శారీరక, మానసిక శ్రమ మిళితమే అతడిని ఆ స్థాయికి తీసుకెళుతుంది.

అయితే, చుక్కల యొక్క కేంద్రభాగంలో అణువిచ్చేదన ఒక్కసారిగా మొదలవదు,

ఎన్నో లక్షల సంవత్సరాలు హైడ్రోజన్ ద్రవ్యరాశి గురుత్వాకర్షణ శక్తి కారణం చేత ఒక చోట కేంద్రీకృతమవుతుంది,

ఇది జరిగే క్రమంలో ఉష్ణ ఒత్తిడికి కూడా అది లోనవుతుంది,

ఈ రెండు శక్తులు, ఒక్కోసారి ఒకటి ఎక్కువ ప్రభావితంగా,

మరోసారి ఇంకొకటి ప్రభావితంగా ఉంటూ

కొన్ని లక్షల, కోట్ల సంవత్సరాల తరువాత

అణువిచ్చేదన మొదలుకు కావలిసిన శీతోష్ణస్థితిని సాధిస్తుంది.

ఒక తారగా పుడుతుంది, వెలుగును ప్రసరింపచేస్తూ ప్రధాన క్రమ నక్షత్రంగా కొన్ని లక్షల, కోట్ల సంవత్సరాలు కొనసాగుతుంది!"

ఇలా ఒక తార కేంద్రభాగంలో ఒక్క క్షణంలో ఎన్నో వందల బిలియన్ల కిలోల హైడ్రోజన్ వాయువు హీలియమ్ వాయువుగా మారుతూ

ఎంతో శక్తిని (వేడిమి, వెలుగు) విడుదల చేస్తుంది.

ఎంత అద్భుతమైనది ఈ విషయం, అణువు అణువుతో కలిసి

నక్షత్ర జీవితం ఉద్బవించి సాగుతుంది.."

"తారల్లో ఎన్నో రకాల,

సూర్యుణి కన్నా భారీగా ఉండేవి, సూర్యుణి వలె ఉండేవి,

సూర్యుణి కన్నా బరువు తక్కవైనవి.

వీటన్నిటి పరిణామక్రమ కాలం ఒకేలా ఉండదు.

సూర్యుడు, అంతకన్నా చిన్నవైనవి

వాటి యొక్క కేంద్రభాగంలో హైడ్రోజన్ అణువిచ్చేదన ద్వారా

ఎన్నో బిలియన్ల సంవత్సరాలు ప్రధానక్రమ (హైడ్రోజన్ అణువిచ్చేదన దశ) నక్షత్రాలుగా విరాజిల్లుతాయి..

భారీ తారలతో పోల్చితే ఇవి ఎంతో ఎక్కువ కాలం

ప్రధాన క్రమంలో ఉంటాయి.

భారీ తారల కన్నా ఎక్కువ కాలం గడపడమే కాక, చాలా చురుకుగా కూడా ఉంటాయి!"
